Is there a free trial?
Yes - every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You enter card details when you sign up so your service continues uninterrupted when the trial ends, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel any time before day 30 and you pay nothing.
How is a "bed" counted?
You are billed per active resident bed at your site. You can adjust your bed count at any time and billing follows.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Sites with 200+ beds automatically receive a 10% discount, applied at checkout.
Can I change plans later?
Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer custom or contract pricing?
Yes. Large, multi-site or government operators can arrange a negotiated per-bed rate, invoice (NET 30) billing, annual terms and purchase-order handling. Contact us to discuss a contract.
