Using the family portal
The family portal gives you a read-only view of the meals, dietary profile, and related updates for the resident you are linked to, and a channel to message facility staff.
Information shown here
Information in the portal is provided and maintained by the care facility. NutriCare displays it but is not the source of it. Questions about accuracy should be directed to the facility.
Acceptable use
Use the portal only to stay informed about the care of the resident you are linked to. Do not attempt to access other residents or interfere with the service.
Your privacy
How your personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
